How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do you wash windows?


Yes, we do wash windows. Window cleaning is not included in standard cleanings but the service can be added.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

We accept checks and all major credit cards. If necessary cash payments can be paid at our office location. Cash payments are not accepted at job sites. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any service 24 hrs. before scheduled service time. A %50 service fee will be charged for any service canceled within 24 hrs.
